While walking through the Intu Westfield Centre at Derby a couple of weeks ago we came across this “new” Mexican restaurant – I say new, they say they’ve been open since July.

Travelling around the world for my company has been a mixed bag of good and bad moments, but one highlight on every trip has been the really nice people I have met along the way, and the special friendships I have made with many of them.
One person in my mind stands up at the top of my list of overseas friends, and that is my good friend Mr Josef Vodehnal, from the beautiful village of Dolní Lánov in the Czech Republic.

Reading back through my post “Photo Lesson 8 : Freeze!” I noticed a considerably glaring error, which I’ve had to go back and correct. I hope this hasn’t confused you too much.
You may also noticed I’ve remained my series Lessons rather than Tips, as I feel that’s more appropriate. I’m going to continue on with my insight on photography and how to master painting with light, and will put some shorter “Tips” in later to supplement my lessons.
