Nestled next to a small beach at the northern end of Es Cana, Ibiza, the Fiesta Cala Nova is a traditional three star Spanish hotel which probably hasn’t change much in terms of style since it was built, and yet shows little sign of wear and manages to keep up very high standards.
The world is a big place and there are dozens if not hundreds of places we would like to visit (some close to home, some thousands of miles away) and so it makes sense not to waste time going back to the same place twice. Continue reading “Luxury Bahia Principe Akumal, Mexico”
Well, I never intended re-writing reviews but I’ve got two this month for you. The first is our recent visit to Holiday Inn Gatwick Airport, which I think deserves a mention due to a very nice renovation. Continue reading “Review: Holiday Inn Gatwick Update 2018”
Tucked on the A5 near Hockcliffe, the Red Wings Lodge Dunstable is a basic but friendly motel style hotel, reminiscent of travelodge, but with a few personal, friendly touches that probably elevate it slightly above the normal travelodge standard. It’s never ceases to amaze me how many little video clips I manage to accumulate in even the shortest holiday, and it takes forever to edit them all up into a short video. Hope you enjoy the video.
It isn’t often we return to a resort; it breaks our traditional view of never going back – you don’t get to see new things if you keep going back to the same places. In this case however we decided to make an exception and re-book at the Apartamentos Galeon Playa in the centre of the resort of Costa Teguise. Continue reading “Review : Return to Costa Teguise”
